Your contact details stay private

MatchWorks does not display your mobile number or email address to other players. Potential partners see your first name, playing level and relevant playing location and availability. After both players express interest, MatchWorks relays their conversation privately by text.

Anything you choose to type in a message is visible to your conversation partner. Authorized operators and service providers may process messages to run the service and provide support; this is not end-to-end encryption.

You control your participation

Joining requires your consent and phone verification. Match suggestions and private conversations arrive by text. Reply STOP at any time to end texts and matching, or HELP for assistance. Conversations do not switch to email.

Phone verification and returning access

New and returning players receive a private, one-use sign-in link by text. The link expires after 20 minutes. A confirmed browser session can remain active for up to seven days.
