MatchWorks SMS Privacy Notice

MatchWorks Tennis is operated by MATCHWORKS LLC. When you join, we collect your mobile number, consent and verification records, first name, playing preferences, tennis requests, delivery information, and private messages you send through MatchWorks. We use these records to provide matching, route conversations, prevent misuse, troubleshoot delivery and honor your choices.

Your mobile information

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent records. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We currently use Sendblue for text delivery and Cloudflare for application hosting and storage. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service; this does not authorize them to market to you.

Private matching and conversations

MatchWorks does not display your mobile number or email address to other players. Potential partners see your first name, playing level and relevant playing location and availability. Messages you choose to send are shared with their intended participant. Authorized operators may access service records for support and safety; this is not end-to-end encryption. If you type contact details into a message, its recipient can see them.

Records and choices

Service records may be retained to operate and troubleshoot the pilot; no automatic deletion schedule is currently promised. Email glenn@matchworkstennis.com to request access to or deletion of your MatchWorks records.

Message frequency varies with verification, matching and conversation activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and matching, or HELP for assistance. Conversations do not switch to email.
